Rooney Mara was sitting front row at Calvin Klein Collection (dramatic inFrancisco Costa’s black wool and mesh dress), and her spirit and aesthetic infused Costa’s runway presentation too, from the black floor and walls, to the army of girls with their side-parted ponytails lacquered to a glassy shine, or blunt-cut bobs shaved at the nape, marching with a thud of their thick-heeled shoes (or the new matte crocodile riding boot), that echoed above the faintly menacing sound track.
